Q: I can't login or I forgot my username/password

A: To log in, click on the Community page - the login box is on the right side of the page. If you've forgotten your username or password, click on either of the two options in that login box (Forgot username - Forgot Password). You will receive an email with a username or password reset link. (If you don't see the email, check your junk folder.)  And if you still have trouble, please contact us.

Q: I'm trying to watch the videos but I see advertising

A: Our art instructional videos are 100% advertising-free. Actually, the entire website is advertising/popups-free. If you see any type of advertising, then you should check your system or your browser for trojans or unwanted add-ons, or even a virus.

Q: I can't see subtitles on the subscription video

A: Subtitles are only available on the DVD.
